If you have an issue that we cannot resolve, or if you are completely unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to provide a full refund when you contact us within 7 calendar days of the original purchase.
2. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] and include:
- the EchoWebBot product or extension name;
- the email address used for the purchase;
- the order or transaction identifier, if available; and
- a short description of the issue or reason for your request.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the refund.
3. Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel future subscription renewals at any time through the subscription controls available in the extension or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your paid access normally remains available until the end of the current billing period.
Uninstalling an extension does not automatically cancel its subscription, so please use the cancellation controls or contact us.
