Terms of Service

1. The Service

The Service is a digitally delivered software service. Access is made available after installation or payment, as applicable. Features may interact with your Shopify administration environment at your direction. You remain responsible for reviewing gift card settings and outputs before issuing or using them.

We may improve, modify, or discontinue features from time to time. If we discontinue a paid Service before the end of a prepaid period for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will provide a reasonable replacement, service credit, or a pro-rated refund for the affected unused period.

2. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate and current information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account or browser profile unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.

3. Subscriptions, Automatic Renewal, and Payment

3.1 Subscription plans

We may offer monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription plans. Current plan features, billing intervals, and prices are shown on the pricing or checkout page before purchase. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

3.2 Automatic renewal authorization

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide at the beginning of each billing period. Your subscription automatically renews for another period of the same length until you cancel it. We will disclose the billing interval and amount before you confirm payment. If we change the subscription price, we will notify you at least 15 days before the new price applies to a renewal.

3.3 Payment processing

Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake and its payment partners. We do not receive or store your complete payment card number. You authorize the payment processor to charge the displayed amount and agree to provide valid billing information.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 How to cancel a subscription

You may cancel at any time using either method below:

• Open the Giftcards Maker for Shopify extension, select Pro, and use the subscription management or cancellation option; or
• Email [email protected] from your account email with the subject “Subscription cancellation.”

We will acknowledge email cancellation requests within 2 business days. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You retain paid access until that date, and we will not charge you for a later period. Cancellation does not itself refund charges already paid; refunds are governed by Section 5.

4.2 Trials

If a trial does not require a payment method, it ends without charge. If checkout states that a trial will convert to a paid subscription, you must cancel before the displayed trial deadline to avoid the first charge.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Subscription purchases

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the paid digital service has been made available. We will nevertheless provide a refund in the following circumstances:

• First subscription payment: a full refund if requested within 7 calendar days after the first charge.
• Duplicate or incorrect charge: a full refund of the duplicated or incorrectly charged amount after verification.
• Extended service failure: a pro-rated refund or equivalent service extension if a verified failure caused by us prevents material use of the paid Service for more than 72 consecutive hours.
• Legal rights: any refund or cancellation right that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.

Renewal charges and unused portions of a billing period are not refundable except in the circumstances above. Cancelling after a renewal prevents the next renewal but does not reverse the current charge.

5.2 One-time purchases

For a separately sold one-time digital product, add-on, or license, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase only if it has not been activated, redeemed, downloaded, or materially used. Once digital delivery or use has begun, the purchase is non-refundable, except for duplicate or incorrect charges, a material defect we cannot remedy, or where applicable law requires otherwise.

5.3 How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the subject “Refund request” and include your account email, transaction or order ID, purchase date, and reason for the request. We will acknowledge the request within 2 business days. If approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days; your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

5.4 Non-refundable circumstances

• Requests outside the time limits above, unless required by law.
• Subscription time already used, or one-time digital items already activated, redeemed, downloaded, or materially used, except where Section 5.1 or 5.2 applies.
• Accounts suspended or terminated for fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or a material violation of these Terms.

6. Billing Questions and Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact [email protected] before initiating a payment dispute. Include your account email and transaction ID. We will acknowledge your message within 2 business days and aim to resolve verified billing errors within 5 business days.

7. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• access or use the Service without authorization, bypass security controls, or disrupt the Service;
• use the Service to commit fraud, deceive customers, or violate Shopify rules or applicable gift card, consumer protection, tax, sanctions, or anti-money-laundering laws;
• upload malicious code, scrape the Service at scale, resell access without permission, or reverse engineer the Service except where the law expressly permits it; or
• infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

8. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of data and content you provide. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, software, branding, designs, and documentation are owned by EchoWebBot Studio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal purposes.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create a security or fraud risk, fail to pay, or if required by law. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. You may stop using the Service at any time; subscription cancellation is handled under Section 4.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that automatically generated gift card settings will meet every legal, tax, or business requirement. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and maintaining appropriate backups.

To the extent permitted by law, EchoWebBot Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will provide at least 15 days’ advance notice by email, an in-product message, or a prominent website notice where practicable. The updated Terms will state their effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
